Hey, I’m Ethan
A lifelong advocate for mobility and strength training. With over 20 years of experience, I’ve dedicated my life to helping people unlock their physical potential.
I owned and operated EPS Athletes, a performance training facility where I coached athletes at every level – from middle school to professionals – for over a decade. I’ve also had the privilege of working with the University of Rhode Island football team during my strength and conditioning internship and serving as the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach at two high schools between 2016 and 2019.
My credentials? I’m certified in FRC, FRA, ISM, Kinstretch, StrongFirst Kettlebell Training, Certified Physical Preparation Specialist, and NASM CPT/SPS. When I’m not coaching or refining my craft, I’m a proud husband to Michelle, a dad to Ava, RJ, and Carmello, a passionate surfer, and a brown belt in Jiu-Jitsu.
