My name is Ethan Ostermeyer

I’ve dedicated over 20 years to fitness training and 13 years to coaching. I ran my gym, EPS Athletes, for 10 incredible years, working with everyone from NFL players to peewee athletes. In 2023, I passed the torch to focus on expanding my reach and sharing my passion for physical health.

Raised in Brooklyn, New York, I discovered fitness through football in high school, which taught me discipline and earned me scholarships to play at Sacred Heart University. After college, I worked in football operations and strength training before launching EPS Athletes in 2014.

Now, through HomeGrown, I aim to provide a sustainable, effective fitness system for anyone seeking strength, discipline, and long-term health. My wife Michelle and I have three children (with one on the way!) and dream of building a family farm while enjoying life outdoors with loved ones.
